The drawing is actually based of French painting from the 18th century. The people at the are wearing powdered wigs that were popular amongst French nobility at the time. I am glad you like my drawing.

oh yeah man I feel ya!, your drawings are pretty epic though you have an awesome bunch of creativity going on! especially the monstas. for me it's mostly from usin pen for so long every day, also some stuff artbooks try to tell ya, then forgetting half and just doin what feels nice.
