Very very good.
you should have just justified that the game on newgrounds is a demo ! concept, simple, but addictive, I would have liked a little story behind it, a background that would have added more depth to the game and more charm, a subtext.
Anyway, These are really minor “flaws", the game is good, I think I'll buy it !

So uh, too much information on the screen at once for the player, I don't understand anything at all at certain times
In addition to that the sprites are not very big and some monsters move a lot
The backgrounds are much too detailed and contain a lot of elements, but given that the game doesn't give the player time to look at the bg it only bothers (while the backgrounds and tables are very pretty ^^)
Even though I have deactivated the backgrounds, and activated all the options that are supposed to allow me to see better, the actions still go too quickly and the difficulty of the game makes it difficult to follow what is happening.
Maybe bigger sprites (a closer camera), less difficulty, a better rhythm, more introduction phases for all, not as many candies and rewards, too much reward kills the value of the reward, or maybe add a another money that is worth more. A game that would benefit from taking more time and being slower in its approach.
But very good graphics, (truly great :D), the music is cool, and all the effort and help you put into the game menus to make the game easier, even if it's not very effective, is really welcome, I think we need to continue to offer this more often !
Here is my opinion on the game (+sorry for my bad english")

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. I have released an updated version that will hopefully help. It is also recommended to go full screen. Thanks again!

Good game ! Good physics, and very good design regarding the camera, it's well thought out, it's fluid and the level design is interesting.
What bothers me the most though is its lack of reward and it lacks a sense of progression. Whether in the levels (you could have added coins or objects to collect) or post-level rewards, it is important to make players want to continue the game. Although I think the intention was to have the game as simple and minimalist as possible. So don't really take note of what I said above, unless you have the goal of doing something that takes a little more "retention"
(Also sorry for my bad english)

I don't really understand the point of false end paths. It's just painful and frustrating it doesn't reward the player for any effort they have made.
And getting back to playing should be much faster.
The game starts to become fun from the moment the shrinking mechanic appears, before that the first levels are boring, it's quite normal since you have to teach the basics to the player, but maybe doing something more work will give want more people to continue playing.
I know that's not the point, but a little more showmanship would be the point. Finishing a world is not very satisfying.
Perhaps adding rewards within levels (like coins) would be helpful.
These are the few things that I think need improvement.
(Also perhaps more sought-after and original chara-designs and more interesting universes would be welcome)
Otherwise you did a good job. The game is neat, the music is good (although the first track in world 1 is a bit repetitive and doesn't seem to fit the mood) Everything is smooth and I didn't encounter any problems. Good game ! Also sorry for my bad english ^^"

Thanks :)

Yeah you are right about the false exits. Perhaps they were not the best idea. I've reduced the amount of time it takes to get back into the game after dying and whilst I can't very easily remove the false exits at this stage I'll take the feedback on board for future games I make.

Pretty good concept !
The controls are really the weak point of the game though.
(it's especially that I had a lot of trouble with ^^")

What a great game!!
I had a super nice evening with my brother and a friend trying to finish it. I loved the riddle of the desert, it was my favorite by the way! The ice world one was easy to understand, but so hard to do xD
I really liked the game's music and graphics. There is really a unique atmosphere that I really liked. I would have liked more easter-eggs, secret npc's or stuff like that to be able to replay the game many times. But it's not a very big flaw. Anyway, I liked it a lot. Thank you for this experience! ^^

Thanks for playing, and thanks for enjoying! :D

(First of all, I want to apologize for my bad English ^^")
Let's start with the best in my opinion: The music, and what music! Damn, this ost is so catchy and rhythmic, I blamed myself for being so bad that I didn't have to take full advantage of this one since I was just dying like shit. I was also very surprised that they were all so long, which in my opinion is a real quality.

In terms of gameplay, it's very fluid, the character is fast and agile, the trail he leaves behind is very pleasant to watch and gives a good feeling of satisfaction every time you move forward. and clearly distinguishes the character from the decor.
On the other hand the level is design is not really correct, many passages are repeated for nothing in the same level, some are much too labyrinthine with huge walls which prevents the player from enjoying the movements of the character. The levels are also much too long, and this, from the beginning, the difficulty is not really progressive, and it quickly becomes discouraging. In short, a very cool character to control, but which is a bit messy because of the level design. Also, the enemies and platforms that fall on you do not stand out enough from the rest which can lead to a lot of confusion and stupid and frustrating deaths
The levels don't have their own mechanics or theme that differentiates them, apart from the backgrounds and a few little things here and there, it doesn't really feel like going to the next level
SO
-shorten levels.
-Make the game much easier at first and include a steeper difficulty curve
-Make the enemy sprite stand out a little more.
-Make sure that your level revolves around a mechanic / theme and that it is exploited to the maximum while being as condensed as possible to exploit it to the maximum without it becoming boring rather than filling

The pixel art is quite nice, but not very original, a little more personal style and universe would have been welcome, as well as more inspired chara designs for the creatures and even for the main character.
Also, the game lags a bit at times, but nothing major.
To conclude, I think that all of this comes mainly from a design problem, it would surely have taken more time before launching into the creation of the game, some design documents, thinking a little more about the universe, mechanics etc to make it really unique and new.
In any case, I had a great time on the game, despite its flaws, I can't wait to see your next creations anyway
^^
(and thanks for doing it!)

Good concept and good game! I had a great time on it !
