Good drawing as usual!
Your way of shading and your hatching are always your strong point, keep that, and the ink drawing like that I love.
I like the monster design too. I think for you to improve you should for example try to draw him from different angles with different poses, or draw his whole body, it will be an opportunity to learn a little anatomy!
There's a good youtube channel for that, I think Sycra is the best, don't hesitate to make lots of mistakes and lots of sketches!
Do not hesitate to step out of your comfort zone and draw things that you find difficult to do, it will help you in the rest.
I'm not that good, but here's the advice I think I can give xD
